    This entire sector consists of Golf Estate Villas. The name originates from the Lake City Golf Course that is also located in this sector. These beautiful villas are available in sizes of 1 Kanal, 2 Kanal and 4 Kanal. Payment can be made with the help of 3 year installment plan. A 20% extra fee is charged for corner plots, facing-park and main boulevard locations. Again there is a 10% discount available on lump sum payment.

    Sector M5 and M6

    10 Marla plots are available for residential purposes in these two sectors. A 2.5 year payment plan is also available to purchase these plots and you will get possession upon completion os payment plan. 10% extra fee will be charged for corner, facing-park and main boulevard plots. 10% discount is also available at lump sum payment.

    Sector M7 & Sector M8

    These sectors are especially designed for moderate-income families. In M7 and M8, residential plots are available in 5, 7, 10 and 12 Marla cuttings.

    Payment can be made within 2 and half year with help of quarterly installments. 10% fee will have to be paid for corner, park facing and plots on Main Boulevard. 10% discount is also available if you pay the price of plot in lump sum.
