    In the past few years, hundreds of housing projects have appeared on the map of Islamabad and Rawalpindi; however, only a few have succeeded in getting NOCs. According to the details shared by the Mid City administration, the developers already have ownership of the land, and they have already completed the documentation as per the RDA guidelines and submitted them to the authority. RDA is currently verifying the land ownership and submitted documents.

    It is mandatory to mention that getting a NOC is a time-consuming process, a society has to get approval from different ministries and institutions before requesting the final NOC, which developers have already done.
