A Journey that began with an idea, an idea that ignited through a vision, the vision that took a few decades in the making. DESIGNER PROJECT WITH SURBANA JURONG INTERNATIONAL
Al Noor Orchard and Subana Jurong underwent intensive qualitative research and focused Workshops to identify the missing links in the contemporary development of Lahore. We kept our to the ground, accepting this as our responsibility to adhere to the needs and wants of the public at large. There are many challenges and opportunities in Al Noor Orchard West Marina unexplored by developers a housing sector which became an eventual failure on their part to not do so. We at Al Jalil Developers believe that it is within our power and reach to change this dogma.
WALKABLE COMMUNITY
Al Noor Orchard Pedestrian and Cycle Friendly design: the complete green canopy of West Marina Lahore Map can be viewed as one big green space connected through Garden Connectors. Whereby, a pedestrian could start their walk from one end of the society and turn back from the opposite end without having to cross any walkways or roads. Also, all the wastewater will be filtered through our water treatment plant for recirculation and rainwater will be stored in water tankers for use in public areas.
